An architect specializing in residential and corporate interiors, her journey began as a need for artistic expression combined with technical and conceptual precision. Her aim is to create spaces that transcend mere functionality, embracing beauty, harmony, and the unique identity of each client. A constant scholar, she finds inspiration in figures such as Mies Van Der Rohe, Oscar Niemeyer, Lina Bo Bardi, Peter Zumthor, Carlo Scarpa, Zaha Hadid, and Frank Lloyd Wright.

Graduating from the School of Architecture at UFMG in 2002, Manoela collaborated with some of Brazil’s most renowned teams, including the award-winning American firm Perkins and Will, where she played crucial roles in design conception, creation, and project coordination. She also worked with the acclaimed Arquitetos Associados and with the late architect Carico, a specialist in interiors for luxury fashion and jewelry brands.

Parallel to her architectural career, Manoela co-founded, with two partners, Grampo in 2007. This contemporary design store was a pioneer in Brazil, operating in the same space as her office while she still lived in Belo Horizonte. Later, she directed an art gallery, a non-profit venture showcasing public exhibitions, where she explored disciplines such as curatorship, exhibition design, photography, and writing until 2012. Since then, she has continued researching art and everyday life, well-being, architecture, design, and identity.

Since 2015, Manoela has dedicated herself exclusively to her architectural projects, focusing primarily on residential clients who seek aesthetic, functional, and constructional excellence. Her design quality consistently aims for refinement and the extraordinary in the everyday.
